Customer Service Specialist

In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues through various channels, all while fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other designated channels (in both Arabic and English)
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide clear and concise explanations of products, services, and policies
• Proactively identify and address customer needs to exceed expectations
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Continuously learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge base
