תפקיד המשלב ניתוח מערכות, חשיבה מוצרית והובלת פתרונות מבוססי AI, בדגש על פיתוח והטמעת AI Agents בארגון.
התפקיד כולל הובלת מוצרי AI מקצה לקצה (End-to-End), החל מזיהוי צרכים עסקיים והגדרת פתרונות טכנולוגיים, דרך תכנון, כתיבת אפיונים פונקציונליים וטכניים (PRD, HLD, User Stories), פיתוח והטמעה ועד למדידת ביצועים ושיפור מתמשך.
במסגרת התפקיד נדרשת מעורבות פעילה בתכנון, אפיון ובנייה של AI Agents, Bots ויכולות AI במוצרים ארגוניים, לצד קבלת החלטות מוצריות, ניהול Backlog ו-Roadmap ותעדוף משימות בהתאם לערך העסקי.
התפקיד כולל עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי פיתוח, AI Engineers, גורמים עסקיים, צוותי דאטה והנהלה, הגדרת מדדי הצלחה (KPIs), מעקב אחר ביצועי המוצרים, היקפי שימוש, אימוץ משתמשים ו-ROI.

דרישות:
לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניתוח מערכות, ניהול מוצר טכנולוגי או Business Analysis.
ניסיון מוכח בהובלת מוצרי AI מקצה לקצה (End-to-End), לרבות מעורבות בתכנון, אפיון, פיתוח, הטמעה ומדידה.
ניסיון מעשי במעורבות בפיתוח והטמעה של AI Agents, Bots או יכולות AI כחלק ממוצר טכנולוגי.
ניסיון מוכח בכתיבת מסמכי אפיון פונקציונליים וטכניים מתוך דרישות עסקיות.
ניסיון בעבודה בסביבת ענן (Cloud).
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות מידע מורכבות (Enterprise Systems).
ניסיון בתרגום צרכים עסקיים לפתרונות טכנולוגיים ישימים.
ניסיון בעבודה עם דאטה, הגדרת KPIs ומדידת הצלחת מוצרים או פתרונות טכנולוגיים.
ניסיון בקבלת החלטות מוצריות, תעדוף דרישות ועבודה מול צוותי פיתוח.
הבנה יישומית בטכנולוגיות AI ויכולת להעריך מתי נכון לשלב AI בפתרון ומתי עדיף פתרון טכנולוגי אחר.
