In this hands-on, execution-focused role, you will deliver high-impact analysis, experimentation, and reporting that directly shapes product strategy and decision-making. You will operate independently, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs on defined timelines during a period of accelerated analytics demand.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and deliver advanced analytics for defined product and business domains\nWork with large, complex datasets to answer high-priority business and product questions using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniques\nDesign, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact and inform product iteration\nDevelop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance and business outcomes\nBuild and maintain analytical artifacts (queries, dashboards, readouts) that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align on methodology, assumptions, and interpretation\nCommunicate clear, concise insights and recommendations in writing and verbally, including leadership-ready readouts\nUse AI-assisted tools to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks where appropriate\nQualifications\nRequired\n5+ years of industry experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis\nStrong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)\nProven experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and applying statistical methods to real-world product problems\nExperience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and implementation in data pipelines\nStrong analytical judgment, with the ability to balance rigor with speed and clearly communicate tradeoffs\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelines\nStrong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights\nPreferred\nExperience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy contexts\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows\nKey Details\nStart Date: November 3, 2026\nDuration: Approximately 11 weeks (through January 20, 2027)\nLocation: Remote (within the U.S.)\nWork Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week\nPay Rate: $110 -
