You will be expected to ensure that our guests receive amazing hospitality at all times, that all staff are able to deliver service exceeding guest expectations and enhancing the guest journey at every opportunity.\nYou will have previous experience in management with a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property. Food and Beverage Managers must have excellent communication skills, be a team player and enjoy a hands-on role.
