Based from Fraser Suites Glasgow, or Fraser Place Canary Wharf, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, financial operations and provides support to operational managers across the properties. You will also be responsible for producing and submitting accurate monthly P&Ls and Balance Sheets for the hotels in-line with the tight monthly deadlines.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDay to day financial reporting and operational duties\nEnsure compliance with internal policies & procedures\nReview of cash banking & safeguarding of cash floats in operation\nProducing bank reconciliations and bank clearing\nSupport junior Finance staff within the hotel\nCoordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable functions\nPreparation of monthly financial statements, forecasting and commentary on variance\nMonthly balance sheet reconciliation and preparation of audit pack\nAnalyse & interpret of monthly results, key performance indicators and cost control by department.\nAssist Senior Management Accountant and General Managers with annual budgets\nPrepare P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports for corporate reporting to strict deadlines\nAssist with property audit -
