Operational

• Manage Malomatia India’s accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations through the accounting system.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts between Malomatia profit centers.
• Record and report critical accounting activities, including:
  • Maintaining up-to-date accounting records.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Preparing depreciation schedules.
  • Preparing extracts from ledgers and other required financial reports.
  • Maintaining proper filing and recordkeeping of accounting documents.
• Coordinate with and assist in month-end closing processes and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Partner with relevant departments to maintain accurate data related to accounting, financial controls, and financial performance.
• Conduct periodic internal audits of payments and other expenses against appropriate supporting documentation.
• Prepare Direct and Indirect Tax workings required for statutory filings and tax payments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or closely related functions.
• Knowledge of applicable tax laws, accounting principles, and regulatory guidelines is required.
• Knowledge of taxation and accounting guidelines applicable to offshore centers will be an added advantage.
