accordance with established procedures.\nPerform shift handovers, ensuring clear communication of ongoing investigations, pending alerts, and outstanding actions.\nPrepare SOC reports and carry out operational follow-up activities.\nFollow established SOC procedures, security policies, and operational requirements.\nSupport uninterrupted 24/7 SOC operations through rotational shift coverage.\nHands-on experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or cybersecurity operations environment.\nPractical experience with LogRhythm SIEM, including security monitoring, alert review, and investigation.\nExperience in security alert triage, log analysis, and initial incident investigation.\nPractical knowledge of incident identification, handling, documentation, and escalation.\nExperience in SOC reporting, shift handover, and operational follow-up activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\nAbility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as
