meeting minutes, action registers, RAID logs, and status reports.\nSupport project governance activities by maintaining project trackers, documentation repositories, and reporting artefacts.\nAssist in coordinating vendor engagements, workshops, business requirement discussions, and project-related activities.\nPrepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.\nMaintain project records, documentation, and collaboration sites using Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Office applications.\nProvide general administrative and coordination support to ensure successful project delivery.\n Experience supporting project delivery within Digital Transformation, IT, or Business projects.\nStrong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).\nExperience with SharePoint, Power BI, or project management tools is desirable.\nKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies is an advantage.\nExposure to Digital Transformation, AI, Data Analytics, SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, or enterprise technology projects is
