This role ensures timely delivery of FinOps projects by efficiently managing resources, tracking progress, and managing the contractual process and relationship with clients and vendors to ensure optimum service quality before, during, and after project execution.\n Roles & Responsibilities\nDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, resources, timelines, and budgets, and share them with management and stakeholders to monitor and track project progress.\nCoordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure FinOps and SAM projects are executed flawlessly and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nAssist in defining project scope and objectives in consultation with stakeholders, ensuring project feasibility before kickoff.\nEnsure resource availability and appropriate allocation across the project team, delegating tasks based on individual strengths and experience.\nManage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget using appropriate change control, verification, and financial analysis techniques.\nTrack and measure project performance against short- and long-term goals using appropriate project management tools, metrics, and reporting techniques.\nPerform risk management by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and resolving project risks and issues.\nManage relationships with clients and project stakeholders by conducting regular meetings and briefings to clarify requirements, expectations, and project status.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting dashboards for cost, savings, and resource utilization.\nResearch and evaluate vendors to identify the most suitable products, services, tools, and pricing available in the market.\nManage the procurement and vendor evaluation process in accordance with organizational policies, including negotiating contracts with new and existing vendors.\nEstablish and monitor vendor standards, performance metrics, and compliance guidelines to ensure service quality and contractual adherence.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third parties, serving as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.\nTroubleshoot project and vendor-related issues, escalating critical matters to management when necessary.\nDemonstrate and continuously develop leadership skills to effectively lead, motivate, and guide the project team toward successful project delivery.\n Desired Educational Background:\nBachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field from a recognized university; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.\nLanguage Requirement:\nEnglish (mandatory); Arabic (preferred)\nDesired Experience:\n5+ years of project management experience, ideally within FinOps services, cloud, or technology delivery environments\nExperience managing both waterfall and agile project management methodologies\nExperience managing IT/cloud-related projects, ideally including FinOps, Software Asset Management, or cloud governance initiatives\nExperience in managing multi-cloud (Azure/GCP/OCI) environments\nExperience in procurement, vendor evaluation, and contracts administration\nExperience in project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile)\nExposure to frameworks such as ITIL or ISO/IEC 19770 is an advantage\nFinOps Certified Practitioner (mandatory);
