Responsibilities:\nDefine and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based solutions.\nDesign scalable and secure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure and related Microsoft technologies.\nLead technical architecture and design for new services, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.\nReview existing architecture and identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and simplification.\nDesign integration architecture between Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.\nDefine API, integration, data flow, authentication, and security architecture.\nEnsure appropriate application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture principles are followed.\nWork closely with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers.\nReview technical designs, solution architecture documents, integration specifications, and development approaches.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.\nEnsure solutions comply with organizational security, data protection, governance, and architecture standards.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, scalability issues, and potential points of failure.\nSupport technical evaluations and provide recommendations on technology and solution options.\nParticipate in architecture review boards and technical decision-making.\nEnsure high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability are considered in solution designs.\nTechnical Skills:\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in solution/enterprise architecture.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.\nStrong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Dataverse.\nStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, security roles, business units, workflows, plugins, APIs, and integrations.\nStrong experience with Azure cloud architecture.\nStrong experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, REST, messaging, and integration platforms.\nStrong understanding of data architecture and integration between CRM and enterprise data platforms.\nStrong understanding of Databricks and modern data-platform architecture, sufficient to design and govern integrations with the data platform.\nExperience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure Integration Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Power Platform, and Power BI is highly desirable.\nStrong understanding of identity and security technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and secure API integration.\nExperience with enterprise architecture principles and architecture documentation.\nStrong understanding of performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n Education:\nBachelors Degree in Computer Science or any related IT field.\nPreferred Certifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365-related certifications\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert\nTOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture
