Responsibilities: Provide remote IT support for colleagues in our North American branch offices. Respond quickly and effectively to support requests with the goal of first call resolution. First point of contact for software, hardware, network and VPN related issues. Image and deploy computers. Maintain/update images per established procedures. Manage and maintain company and clients' websites. Manage computer hardware and peripherals including various printers and supplies. Maintain accurate documentation of assets and software licensing information. Create and manage user accounts in business applications. Create and maintain end-user documentation for software and processes. Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions. Fluently bilingual English/French, additional languages, an asset. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Experience working remotely from home office. 1-3 Years in the Information Technology Field 2+ years supporting
