Responsibilities : Welcome clients on the virtual reception console, the website or by email; Answer incoming calls from de call center courteously and politely, note the telephone messages and determine clients' and colleague's needs in order to take the appropriate actions as requested; Act as technical support for clients and colleagues (address their needs and inform the on the services offered by the enterprise); Act as a liaison between clients and Project Managers; Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments; Assist in daily operations for enterprise effectiveness; Manage and update documents; Carry out any other tasks considered pertinent by the Director of Operations or the Coordinator of Humans Ressources within the range of the post-holder's skills.
