You will act as a key technical reference across our local and international entities.\nYour mission is to guarantee financial integrity, drive closing cycles toward a consistent, landing, and transform accounting into an automated, scalable machine.\nKey responsibilities\nCollaborate and accelerate the month-end and year-end closing processes (GL, statutory reporting) to achieve a reliable and compliant closing.\n\nDrive the automation and optimization of operational accounting flows, bank reconciliations, and complex marketplace/PSP transactions.\n\nParticipate in group statutory audits and serve as the main technical reference point for auditors and external partners.\n\nStrengthen internal control frameworks and procedures across all subsidiaries in alignment with local GAAP.\n\nPartner closely with Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.\n\nParticipate in the enhancement and integration of core ERP and financial tooling (NetSuite) to eliminate manual bottlenecks and boost data integrity.\n\nAbout you\nRelevant experience (minimum 5+ years) in technical accounting or audit, with a proven track record in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.\n\nFrench on a native level and fluent in english to operate smoothly within an international organization.\n\nStrong technical mastery of local GAAP, statutory audit coordination, and balance sheet reconciliation.\n\nProven track record in optimizing ERP systems (Must have NetSuite) and deploying automation workflows, backed by rigorous analytical skills.\n\nHow to join the mission?\nFirst call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have.
