Your work will directly influence how we manufacture our products while helping build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.\nIf you're passionate about solving complex problems, using data to drive decisions, and seeing your ideas implemented on the manufacturing floor, this role offers the opportunity to develop your career while making a real business impact.\nCore Responsibilities:\nLead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.\nFacilitate Kaizen events and apply Lean tools including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management.\nAnalyze production data, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and workflow.\nDesign and implement process, layout, and material flow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.\nPartner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to deliver sustainable operational improvements.\nLead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve recurring manufacturing issues.\nSupport new product introductions, capacity planning, and inventory optimization initiatives.\nDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring improvements are sustained through training, audits, and standardized work.\nPromote a safe working environment by following company policies and supporting a culture of operational excellence.\nKey Skills required:\nBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.\n3-5 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.\nExperience with Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.\nExperience conducting Value Stream Mapping exercises and implementing improvement plans.\nKnowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001.\nKnowledge of production planning, facility layout, workflow design, and labor optimization.\nExperience using ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing performance metrics.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nProven success leading Lean Manufacturing transformations within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong experience facilitating Kaizen events and implementing Lean tools.\nAbility to analyze complex manufacturing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.\nStrong project management and change management capabilities.\nExperience developing sustainable continuous improvement systems.\nAbility to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by data-driven decision making.\nAbout us - Malvern Panalytical, Micromeritics and SciAps.\nTogether we are a powerful and highly complementary combination of market leading technologies.\nWe are the toolmakers for the world's most innovative companies, academic institutions, and government laboratories.
