  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements through robust governance, audits, inspections, and risk management activities.
  • Manage facilities budgets, track expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the delivery of operational and financial targets.
  • Oversee supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service delivery, performance standards, and contractual obligations are consistently achieved.

About you:

  • Degree qualified in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven facilities management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, technical, or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities operations, building maintenance, health and safety legislation, compliance requirements, and vendor management.
  • Experience managing budgets, contractors, facilities projects, and operational performance across multiple service areas.
  • Proficient in facilities management systems and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with the ability to influence, prioritise effectively, and work independently.

What's in it for you

  • Lead facilities operations across a UK footprint within a global technology organisation.
  • Play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces.
  • Work on a diverse range of facilities, workplace, and improvement projects.
