Reporting to the VP Strategy & M&A, you will lead the development and ongoing refinement of the enterprise strategy, helping the organisation make informed decisions and translate strategic priorities into coordinated action across a global business.\nWorking closely with the President, Executive Management Team, and senior leaders, you will provide insight, challenge, and structure to strategic decision-making. You will coordinate enterprise strategic planning, support value creation and transformation initiatives, and contribute to the evaluation of inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions and strategic partnerships.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead the enterprise strategy process, translating market trends, competitive insights, and business priorities into a clear strategic roadmap.\nPartner with divisional and functional leaders to align business strategies with organizational objectives and value creation goals.\nCoordinate strategic planning, governance, reporting, and performance tracking across key enterprise initiatives.\nSupport M&A activity by defining strategic growth themes, evaluating opportunities, and contributing to commercial diligence processes.\nProvide oversight and challenge across transformation, integration, and value creation programmes to help ensure successful execution.\nAct as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping drive critical strategic decisions across the business.\nAbout you:\nSignificant experience leading strategy engagements, enterprise strategy programmes, or value creation initiatives within a consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or similarly complex environment.\nStrong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop clear, actionable recommendations.\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively, and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.\nExperience translating strategy into execution through governance, planning, transformation, or organizational change initiatives.\nExperience evaluating growth opportunities, acquisitions, or commercial diligence activities within a strategic context.\nA relevant degree or professional qualification.
