As a global organization, we rely on professionals with strong accounting expertise to help safeguard financial accuracy, support profitable operations and ensure compliance with international standards.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nAs financial controller, you will be responsible for the financial administration and reporting of Mammoet’s Project Europe entities. Drawing on your financial background and expertise, you will work closely with departments across the organization to analyze financial data, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations, and implement control procedures that strengthen accounting and reporting processes. With your broad financial knowledge and analytical mindset, you will continuously look for opportunities to improve financial standards, processes and ways of working.\nFinancial reporting\nLead month-end closing activities and reporting.\nWork closely with the Shared Services Center to ensure timely, accurate daily accounting.\nAnalyze financial results in collaboration with the Finance Manager.\nAdvise the organization on financial administration matters.\nEnsure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations\nPrepare annual financial statements and support internal and statutory audits.\nParticipate in ERP transitions and support improvement initiatives within the finance department.\nFinancial planning & budgeting\nManage the planning and forecasting cycle for assigned entities.\nMonitor cost-center performance against budget and discuss variances with budget owners.\nConduct ad-hoc analyses and contribute to improvement projects as needed.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in accounting and/or financial control.\nStrong attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset.\nAbility to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nProficient in English, written and spoken.\nSolid Microsoft Office skills.\nSAP experience is essential.\nWHAT YOU’LL GET\nA dynamic working environment where no two projects are the same.\nOpportunities to challenge your analytical skills and develop creative solutions.\nAn informal, supportive team culture.\nThe freedom to shape your career at Mammoet, both within finance and beyond.\nA competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\nWANT TO KNOW MORE?\nGet in touch -
