Responsibilities include document control, scheduling, mobilization support, crew and equipment coordination, RFIs, action-item tracking, meeting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate project information and records.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING\nAssist with document control, ensuring project documentation and records are organized, current, and easily accessible.\nMaintain and update project schedules, trackers, and other project-specific information throughout execution.\nTrack action items and follow up with responsible parties to support timely completion.\nMaintain accurate and complete project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate and maintain mobilization information to support project readiness and execution.\nAssist with crew and equipment coordination, ensuring project requirements and changes are communicated and tracked.\nTrack and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs) and associated responses and documentation.\nSupport project meetings, including documenting follow-up items and tracking outstanding actions.\nMaintain project-specific logs, trackers, records, and supporting documentation.\nWork closely with project teams to ensure information is accurate, up to date, and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nBilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with project teams, site personnel, and stakeholders in both languages\nPost-secondary education in business, project management, engineering, construction management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2-3 years experience in project coordination, operations, logistics, construction, heavy lift, transport, or a related industry is preferred.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using project management or SAP systems is an asset.\nWHAT YOU’LL GET\nA site-based contract opportunity for the duration of the project\nCompetitive contract compensation\nHands-on involvement in the day-to-day execution of the project\nThe opportunity to work closely with operational and project teams\nWANT TO KNOW MORE?\nTake a look at mammoet.com\nIn accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Ontario Human Rights Code, accommodation will be provided to candidates with disabilities during the recruitment and selection process.
