Fulfillment Supervisor (Cannabis Warehouse)

We're hiring a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our pick-and-pack warehouse team - building an engaged, accountable, and compliant crew while keeping order accuracy and daily output on track. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse pick-and-pack fulfillment team, building an engaged, accountable, and compliant crew
• Maintain a current skills matrix so every admin and fulfillment role has a documented, in-progress backup - eliminating single points of failure
• Drive cutoff holds and order/mispack errors down week over week, proactively flagging issues to stakeholders before they escalate
• Report daily output vs. plan consistently, bringing a proposed solution any time the team falls off-plan
• Own and report a defined Fulfillment KPI (e.g., on-time dispatch/delivery rate) end-to-end, without deferring accountability upward
• Give the team daily updates so everyone always knows the plan
• Read team dynamics and de-escalate conflict with strong emotional intelligence
• Lead with solutions, not just problems, when issues arise
• Adapt quickly to order volume fluctuations and last-minute changes, reprioritizing on the fly
• Uphold a retention, morale, and safety-reporting culture that meets or exceeds company benchmarks

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics (cannabis experience a plus)
• Demonstrated success managing, coaching, and developing team members
• 2+ years of experience with WMS or ERP systems for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
• Strong operational judgment across order picking accuracy, time management, and compliance
• Highly communicative, people-first leadership style with a bias toward accountability
• Comfortable navigating order volume fluctuations and last-minute priority shifts
• Problem-solving orientation - leads with solutions, not just issues

Physical Requirements

• On the warehouse floor for the majority of the shift, moving between pick, pack, and shipping stations
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Full range of motion: bend, twist, reach, push, pull
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse environment
• Good vision and hearing; consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance required

Compensation & Benefits

• $22-$26/hour, depending on experience
