Someone who would happily spend the day walking into shops, showrooms, and offices, and who closes deals face-to-face. You'll test where it works, which kinds of businesses, and how to scale it.\nYou'll start by selling our existing products. As we launch new ones, you'll be the first person to take them to merchants. What you learn on the ground will shape what we build and how we sell it.\nAlongside sales, you'll also be Mamo's eyes and ears on the ground, supporting merchant verification and field checks where we need to validate a business beyond what we can see online or through documents\nWe want a hustler who’s driven and organised. You try the thing, track what happens, and give us an honest read on what’s working.\nWhat you will do\nVisit and sign up new businesses across the UAE, demo Mamo on the spot, and take them from first conversation to a live account.\nMap out areas and business types, prospect door to door and through local networks, and keep your calendar full of meetings.\nTry different areas, business types, pitches and offers. Track what converts, drop what doesn't, and share what you learn every week.\nHelp new customers through sign-up and verification documents, then hand them over smoothly to our customer team.\nLog every visit, meeting and deal in our CRM so anyone can see where things stand.\nShare objections, competitor offers and what merchants keep asking for with sales, product and marketing.\nWhen we add something new, you'll be the one taking it to merchants first and telling us how it lands.\nSupport merchant verification and risk investigations\nConduct on-site visits to verify merchant business locations and confirm that the business is genuinely operating as declared\nDocument field visits with appropriate evidence, including location details, observations and supporting photographs where required\nIdentify and escalate inconsistencies between the merchant's declared business activity and what is observed during the visit\nSupport Risk with targeted field investigations for higher-risk or suspicious merchants, including locating businesses and validating their operation.\nConduct mystery shopping or other on-site checks where required to validate the merchant's actual products, services and customer journey\nSupport post-onboarding investigations where Mamo has concerns relating to fraud, disputes, negative balances or other account activity\nMaintain clear records of all Risk-related visits and findings so they can support underwriting, monitoring and investigation decisions\nWhat you need\n2-4 years in field sales, ideally selling to small and medium businesses in the UAE.\nPayments, fintech, telecom, delivery platforms or B2B software are all relevant.\nA track record of hitting sales targets, with numbers to back it up.\nYou're comfortable with rejection, you keep going after a slow day, and enjoy meeting business owners where they work.\nYou plan your routes, follow up on time, and keep your CRM up to date without being chased.\nYou can explain a product in a few sentences to a busy shop owner, in fluent English.\nA good understanding of how small businesses get paid and what frustrates them about it.\nComfort using a CRM and AI tools to prepare for meetings and follow up faster.\nBased in the UAE, with a valid UAE driving licence and your own car.\nNice to have\nArabic, Hindi, Urdu or other languages commonly spoken by UAE business owners.\nExperience selling payment products to merchants, such as card terminals or online payments.\nAn existing network in a sector like retail, restaurants and cafés, clinics, or salons.\nExperience opening a new area, launching a new product, or being early at a
