Automation Framework Development & Scaling\nDesign, build, and scale robust automation frameworks from scratch for web and mobile applications.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, folder structures, and reusable component libraries within the automation codebase.\nContinuously improve framework architecture to support scalability, maintainability, and cross-team adoption.\n2. Test Automation Management\nManage and maintain the full automation test suite - including creating new scripts, updating existing ones, and retiring obsolete tests.\nDevelop structured automation coverage (functional, regression, smoke, sanity) aligned with release cycles.\nAnalyze test results and drive test coverage improvements proactively.\nFlaky Test Stabilization\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve flaky tests to ensure consistent, reliable pipeline results.\nImplement retry strategies, proper wait conditions, and environment isolation techniques to reduce false failures.\nMonitor test stability metrics and report trends to the team.\n3. Git & Code Quality Management\nManage Git branching strategies (e.g., Gitflow, trunk-based development) within the QA automation repository.\nConduct code reviews for automation scripts - ensuring readability, reusability, and adherence to standards.\nCollaborate with developers and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.\nRequirements:\nMust-Have:5+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, TestCafe, or equivalent).\nProven experience in Git branching management and code review practices in a team environment.\nStrong track record of diagnosing and stabilizing flaky tests in CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience managing test cases and automation scripts across multiple product releases.\nDemonstrated ability to set goals and track progress - both individually and at team level.\nSolid understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and CI/CD integration.\nProficiency with API automation (Postman, Karate, or equivalent).\nHands-on experience with SQL for data validation.\nEnglish proficiency (Intermediate or above) -
