\nFamiliar with QMS structure & aware of the Quality Policy of the organization.\nEnsure establishing implementing and maintaining of quality management system of each department.\nEnsuring QMS process maintenance.\nReporting to Management on QMS performance of all departments.\nPerforming Internal Audit and discuss its findings to concern persons for closing out of NCR / CPAR if any.\nIdentify any potential quality issues as per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.\nEnsure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements\nIsolate replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.\nControlling of document and records.\nDistributing all controlled documents to concern department as per requirement.\nEnsures the quality records acceptance certificates mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.\nPreparation of Inspection test plan (ITP) WPS Work Procedures Controlled formats as per Client requirement.\nCoordinate with the site QC in charge for the completion of as-built documentation.\nAttend the QA/QC meeting.\nCoordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors.\nTechnical Competencies\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.\nOil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Experience required.\n3-4 years’ experience in a similar position \nExcellent communication skills (English)\nAbility to read & understand well international codes & standards.\nISO 9001:2015 – LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE\nBehavioural Competencies\nResults and quality driven oriented\nHard worker and team player\nGood presentational skills\nAble to handle pressure.\nIMPORTANT POINTS TO FOLLOW FOR QA ENGINEER: \n\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.\nOil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Experience required.\n3-4 years’ experience in a similar position \nExcellent communication skills (English)\nAbility to read & understand well international codes & standards.\nISO 9001:2015 – LEAD AUDITOR CERTIFICATE \nQA Engineer -
