prenantes métiers, en veillant à leur alignement ainsi qu’à la fluidité des transitions.\nLivrables de la prestationDévelopper et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de conduite du changement et des plans de communication\n\nCoordonner les activités du programme ainsi que le suivi des différents jalons et échéances\n\nGérer l’engagement des parties prenantes et identifier les éventuels freins à l’adoption\n\nSuivre les KPI du programme et l’avancement par rapport aux jalons définis\n\nCréer des supports de formation et accompagner les initiatives de transfert de connaissances\n\nDocumenter les processus et les bonnes pratiques afin d’assurer leur pérennisation\n\nProfil recherché\nExpertise recherchée2 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion de programme, conduite du changement ou dans un rôle similaire\n\nExpérience en coordination de projets et en gestion des parties prenantes\n\nExpérience dans des initiatives de transformation organisationnelle ou dans le déploiement de solutions technologiques\n\nUne expérience dans un environnement FinOps, gestion des coûts IT ou gouvernance similaire serait un plus\n\nQualificationsDiplôme de niveau Bac+3/5 en Business, Management ou domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente\n\nExpérience dans un environnement anglophone\n\nProfil basé à
