Développer et promouvoir l’usage des outils collaboratifs, notamment Microsoft 365 et les solutions de visioconférence. Prendre en charge les incidents de niveau 2 (N2) et assurer leur résolution dans le respect des délais.\nContribuer à la gestion des problèmes à travers l’analyse des incidents récurrents et l’identification des causes racines. Assister et accompagner les techniciens support de niveau 1 (N1). Compétences Requises : Maîtrise des environnements endpoint, du matériel informatique, des systèmes Windows et Linux.\nBonne connaissance des outils collaboratifs Microsoft 365 et des solutions de visioconférence. Expertise des outils SCCM, Intune et solutions MDM. Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.\nSens de l’organisation, rigueur et bonne gestion des priorités. Bonne capacité de documentation et de formalisation des procédures. Aptitude à travailler sous contrainte de délais dans un environnement opérationnel.\nParcours Académique Expérience : Diplôme d'Ingénieur en Informatique, Systèmes Réseaux, avec une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans un environnement endpoint et la gestion des postes de travail, ainsi qu’une expertise confirmée sur SCCM, Intune et les solutions MDM.
