This role is for someone who has a few years of experience as a PM, and more years in the software industry before that. Many good PMs come from a developer, QA, or business analyst background and were promoted into project management. If that is your path, we want to hear from you.\nYou will report to our Head of Delivery. You will start with our smaller and less complex projects and take on larger and more demanding accounts as you learn how we work. Once you are settled, you can expect 2 to 3 projects at a time, with development teams of around 4 to 8 people.\nTasks & Responsibilities\nPlan and manage software projects: run sprints, track progress, and keep the team unblocked.\nWork with Agile and Scrum and use Kanban where it fits the project.\nKeep schedules and budgets under control and raise problems early when a project starts to drift.\nTalk to clients directly, in Thai and in English, in meetings and in writing.\nReport project status clearly to clients and to Manao management.\nWork with our AI tools and help your team use them well in daily delivery.\nRequirements\nThis role is open to Thai nationals only.\nThis role is based at our Bangkok office. We do not offer fully remote work. Hybrid work is available after you pass probation.\nAt least 2 years of full-time experience managing software development projects as a PM.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nBusiness level English and Thai, written and spoken.
