This role focuses on enterprise and B2B prospecting, lead qualification, prospect nurturing, and scheduling meetings for sales presentations.\nKey Responsibilities\nResearch and identify new sales leads using relevant tools, databases, and market sources.\nReach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.\nAnswer initial client questions and clearly explain basic product or service information.\nQualify leads by assessing their business needs, budget, decision-making process, and fit for the solution.\nSchedule sales calls, discovery meetings, or software demonstrations for senior sales representatives.\nMaintain accurate records of notes, follow-ups, and daily sales activities in the CRM system.\nQualifications\nThai national with professional-level English fluency.\nClear, professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.\nProfessional, structured, self-driven, and focused on execution.\nConfidence making high-volume cold calls and sending targeted cold emails.\nFamiliarity with structured sales qualification frameworks\nResilient, persistent, and able to stay motivated with strong ability to handle initial objections, pivot conversation quickly and uncover business pain points over the phone.\nWorking knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for pipeline management.\nHigh energy, strong goal orientation, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.\nAt least three years of successful experience in B2B software or technology sales.\nExperience working with enterprise sectors such as BFSI, logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, or similar industries.\nStrong consultative and value-based selling capability.\nComfortable engaging senior decision-makers and business stakeholders.\nBased in Bangkok and able to work onsite;
