time.\n\nAnalyze test results, investigate failures, report defects, and support root cause analysis.\n\nImprove automation coverage and reliability to reduce repeated manual regression work where practical.\n\nSupport CI/CD quality gates by helping integrate automated tests into the delivery workflow where valuable.\n\nAdvocate for quality standards and continuous improvement across teams.\n\n4+ years of experience in QA, quality engineering, software testing, or test automation.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with test automation tools.\n\nExperience with automation tools such as Playwright preferred, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.\n\nExperience designing and maintaining UI, API, integration, or end-to-end automated tests.\n\nExperience in API testing and automation, for example, Postman, REST Assured, Playwright API, or similar.\n\nStrong understanding of test strategy, test planning, test design, and risk-based testing.\n\nAbility to write clear, structured test cases and translate product requirements into effective test coverage.\n\nUnderstanding of functional and non-functional testing, including reliability, performance, security, or accessibility considerations.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and pull request-based development workflows.\n\nAbility to debug test failures, analyze logs, investigate issues, and collaborate with engineers on technical problems.\n\nNice to Have.\n\nExperience with performance, reliability, security, accessibility, or visual testing.\n\nExperience with quality metrics, dashboards, test reporting, or release quality tracking.\n\nExperience with SQL, database validation, or test data setup.\n\nExposure to AI-assisted QA or test automation tools.\n\nExperience evaluating or introducing new testing tools, frameworks, or automation practices.\n\nThis role is based at our Bangkok office in the heart of the city center.\n\nAs a team of diverse cultures and
