The role involves building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, API integrations and intelligent workflow automations for enterprise use cases.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop and deploy AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions from concept to production.\n\n- Build GenAI/LLM applications, RAG pipelines and intelligent automation workflows.\n\n- Develop AI services and integrations using Python, FastAPI/REST APIs and enterprise systems.\n\n- Implement LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.\n\n- Integrate LLMs with APIs, enterprise applications, databases and external tools using tool/function calling.\n\n- Develop scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions for production environments.\n\n- Perform AI evaluation, testing, debugging, monitoring and optimization.\n\n- Implement appropriate AI guardrails, security, privacy and responsible AI practices.\n\n- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.\n\n- Follow software engineering best practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, documentation and code reviews.\n\n- Collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 9+ years of overall software engineering experience.\n\n- 2+ years of hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on Python development.\n\n- Strong experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI.\n\n- Experience with RAG / Retrieval-Augmented Generation.\n\n- Strong knowledge of LLMs / Generative AI.\n\n- Hands-on experience with LangGraph / LangChain.\n\n- Experience with tool calling / function calling / API integrations.\n\n- Strong experience developing REST APIs / FastAPI.\n\n- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.\n\n- Strong software engineering fundamentals : coding, testing, debugging, Git and deployment.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- MCP / Multi-Agent Systems.\n\n- LLM evaluation and observability.\n\n- AI guardrails / Responsible AI.\n\n- Vector databases.\n\n- Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD.\n\n- AWS / Azure / GCP.\n\n- Experience building enterprise AI platforms or workflow
