By fostering a culture of proactive risk management, you will directly influence the resilience of our systems, ensuring that our customers' data remains protected against an evolving landscape of sophisticated cyber threats.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Direct the design and implementation of advanced security engineering frameworks to ensure the integrity and availability of global IT assets.\n\n- Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response teams to minimize downtime and mitigate risks during active security breaches.\n\n- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute a comprehensive IT Governance and risk management strategy that supports organizational growth.\n\n- Oversee the deployment of enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure, seamless authentication across all platforms.\n\n- Manage complex Network Security architectures, ensuring that perimeter and internal defenses are optimized against emerging vulnerabilities.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular security audits and translating findings into actionable technical roadmaps for engineering teams.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale cybersecurity transformations, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-layered security environments.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical security risks into business-centric language for board-level reporting and stakeholder alignment.\n\n- Strong proficiency in IT Risk Management frameworks and regulatory compliance standards, ensuring the organization meets global security benchmarks.\n\n- Proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages technical innovation.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a high-stakes, hybrid work environment based in Chennai, balancing hands-on technical oversight with high-level strategic planning.\n\n- A Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred, complemented by industry-standard certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.\n\n- 15 -
