architecture and design for complex, business-critical platforms.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Deep understanding of performance engineering, scalability, resilience, and failure-handling mechanisms.\n\n- Strong experience with observability, production diagnostics, and operational readiness.\n\n- Experience working across multiple technology stacks and system layers.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud and containerized environments.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, system-design, and technical leadership skills.\n\nPreferred Candidate :\n\n- Experience in payments or financial services, particularly real-time processing or regulated environments.\n\n- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG solutions.\n\n- Experience
