The position does not require a CDL license.\nThis is an hourly position. The compensation range for this position is $13.00 to $19.08 per hour. Placement within this range will be based on a combination of relevant experience, certifications, and/or demonstrated skills that align with the role requirements.\nResponsibilities\nProvide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:\nAttention to detail\nMeet and greet customers\nReview supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)\nAnswer questions regarding availability of parts\nAsk appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided\nInform customers when requested parts are available\nOperate a forklift\nReview, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog.\nReview, familiarize with, and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.\nReview, familiarize with, and adhere to MANCON’s SOPs and Safety Manual.\nParts Pick up\nDrive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts\nProvide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)\nReview all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities\nReturn products to MANCON location in a timely fashion\nData Entry Requirements\nAssist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system\nAssist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system\nInventory Management Requirements\nAssist in physically receiving vendor orders\nAssist in performing weekly inventory cycle counts\nAssist in performing counts during wall-to-wall inventories at site\nOther Requirements\nFollow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance\nProvide 24-hour support at the VDOT location during emergencies\nAssist with inventory research projects as requested\nAdhere to required procedures\nAssist Store Supervisor as assigned\nParticipate in the SCM continuing training program\nQualifications\n24-hour availability\nValid Driver’s License with two years driving experience\nObtain and maintain a forklift license\nPreferred Qualifications\nDelivery Driver experience\nAuto and/or heavy duty truck parts experience\nInventory experience\nP1 or P2 ASE certification\nPhysical Requirements\nMedium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Essential Requirements\nDriving, Lifting, Reaching, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, WalkingPhysical Requirements Other\nWork is performed in storerooms and warehouses which may have uncontrolled temperatures and dirt/dust/damp conditions.
