In this role, you will proactively engage with federal, state, local government, and commercial customers to identify opportunities, build relationships, and guide customers through procurement requirements, regulations, and purchasing processes.\nThis position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at customer engagement, organization, and collaboration in a fast-paced inside sales environment.\nThis is an hourly position. $21.00-$24.00 Compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of relevant experience and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.\nResponsibilities\nProactively sell office, janitorial, and packing supplies to federal, state, and local government agencies. businesses, and organizations.\nNavigate federal, state, and local regulations and procurement processes to ensure compliance and successful sales transactions.\nAccurately and efficiently process quote requests and orders using our sales management software, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and contracts.\nCoordinate with outside sales representatives to align strategies and achieve overall sales goals.\nAssist in maintaining and updating e-commerce website to ensure product information is current and accessible.\nProvide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention of customers.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in business-to-government (B2G) & business-to-business (B2B) sales.\nUnderstanding of government and public sector cooperative purchasing including, procurement processes, RFPs, and standard bid requests and GSA contracts.\nProficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others for data analysis and reporting.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.\nHigh level of organization and attention to detail, crucial for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.\nPhysical Requirements\nSedentary work -Occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects.
