Key Responsibilities\nSolution Development\n· Solution Development: Assist in the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions using modern development frameworks and tools.\n· Technical Support: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in existing applications.\n· Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, system specifications, and process flows.\n· Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.\n· Research & Innovation: Explore new technologies and methodologies to improve solution efficiency and effectiveness.\n· Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and testing activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.\n· Agile Participation: Engage in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\n· System Integration: Assist in integrating custom solutions with ERP systems like Sage to streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow across departments.\n2.
