Primary responsibilities include management of consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims to ensure proper tracking, reporting and organization.\nJob Summary:\nEssential Job Functions:\nManaging consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review, entry into the firm’s system of record, monitoring the status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements\nMonitoring for compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements\nRequirements\nMinimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferred\nMinimum: High School Diploma or equivalent required. \nSuperior attention to detail and organizational skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Short and Long term disability insurance coverage;
