The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.\nAs Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nDigital Presence and Online Communications:\nEnsuring that hotel website is continuously updated and changes are submitted to head office, in correct format as needed\nResponsible for managing all web platforms for LMHKG\nResponsible for all monthly website content updates as well as menu updates for Food & Beverage team, Spa, Rooms and any other department\nResponsible for daily monitoring of competitor movements and promotions, as well as our monthly competitor reports\nDaily monitoring and replying in a timely fashion of travel review websites\nResponsible for our Monthly Reporting on Web Analytics and Social Media statistics\nOnline Shop:\nIncrease the revenue performance of the online shop.\nOversee all SEM/SEO strategies to boost the visibility and performance of the online shop, including liaising with our agency\nManage Social Media ads to drive traffic and conversion to the online shop i.e. Facebook and Instagram\nUpload all new products in a timely fashion.\nResponsible for monthly reports on revenue production and recommendations on how to increase sales\nDigital Marketing:\nResearch to find the right digital marketing agencies and oversee directly with them on running a successful campaign\nHave a clear understanding of how to implement and execute a successful digital marketing campaign\nAble to operate and carry out paid social ads on Facebook/Instagram\nImplement tracking code URLs to evaluate the success of a campaign\nKnowledgeable on Google Analytics, Data Studio, Shopping and other Google products to evaluate the success of an online campaign\nHave a clear understanding of Adobe Analytics and provide analytical data on online ad performance\nWork with MOHG digital marketing team on implementing PPC, Metasearch, visual ads\nOnline Partners:\nPlanning, implementing and executing all social media and digital related promotions to build continuous growth for LMHKG’s social media foundation\nLiaising and building relationships with online partners on promotional opportunities such as competitions, promotions, events, etc.\nOther:\nAssists with developing an overall, annual direct marketing plan for LMHKG\nAttend Marcomm Meetings on a monthly basis and keep the minutes updates\nMentors and trains departmental marketing trainee\nPerform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Marketing Communications\nAs Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, we expect from you:\nDegree holder in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline\nMinimum of 3 years relevant working experience and of similar capacity, preferably in luxury hotel\nExcellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua\nGood business acumen with analytical mind in developing and implementing communication strategies\nStrong background in brand positioning, storytelling, and developing partnerships\nExperienced with digital content, social media, and CRM strategies\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of colleagues and guests\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
