The Assistant Front Office Manager reports to the Rooms Division Manager.\nAs Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nServe as the Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operation of Front Office\n\nEnsure a warm, genuine and efficient guests' arrival and departure experience by welcoming guests in-person and being attentive to their needs throughout their stays\n\nHandle guest compliments, comments and complaints in a timely and professional manner\n\nEnsure high level of guest satisfaction by reviewing operational issues and business flow\n\nLead the team to execute the guest recognition program effectively and ensure the growth of enrolment\n\nHandle administrative tasks including but not limited to ensuring high quality of Guest Data Quality, maintaining various departmental files as well as reviewing working procedures to minimize paperwork\n\nManage and monitor the team performance by providing supervision, counselling and coaching\n\nAs Assistant Front Office Manager, we expect from you:\nMinimum 5 years' relevant working experience in luxury hotels with at least 2 years' experience in similar positions\nPassionate about delivering exceptional guest service\nPleasant, friendly and motivational with enthusiastic character\nService-oriented and able to work in a face-paced and dynamic operation\nExcellent communication skills with fluent spoken in English and Chinese \nSuperior guest resolution and problem-solving abilities are required \nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
