Increasingly recognised for creating some of the world’s most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.\nAs Banquet Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nCommunicate with respective Event management Manager / Executive to fully understand guests’ requirements\n\nEnsure that all function rooms are set up in accordance to the Banquet Event order\n\nEngage and coordinate with the meeting organizers to ensure that all pre-requested, including last minute requests are handled appropriately\n\nEnsure guest needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service\n\nControl staffing and casual labour cost, ensuring that work hours per deployed staff is properly utilized\n\nAdminister post function report after each function by identifying any problems and suggesting solutions to the Director of Banquets\n\nEnsure cleanliness of function rooms and banquet areas at all times\n\nEnsure that all MOHG standards; MbMO, LRA, LQE and FLHSS&E are constantly monitored\n\nHandle adhoc special projects and assignments as assigned by Director of Banquet Operations\n\nAs Banquet Operations Executive, we expect from you:\nAble to do shift work and work on weekends (5 day work week)\n\nService-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\nAble to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment\n\nCommunicates with fluency in English\n\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
