Nestled between rainforest and sea, each suite and villa is a study in quiet luxury, thoughtfully framed by nature and attuned to the rhythm of the land.\nAbout the job\nThe Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. The role includes maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring proper inventory levels, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.\nAs a Bartender, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nPrepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.\nGreet guests at the bar, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.\nEnsure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.\nMaintain knowledge of bar menu, cocktails, ingredients, and presentation standards.\nFollow responsible alcohol service protocols and check guest identification when necessary.\nProcess guest payments accurately using POS system.\nMonitor and control bar stock, report low inventory levels, and assist with restocking.\nKeep the bar tools, glassware, and equipment sanitized and in good condition.\nEngage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment.\nHandle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly, escalating when needed.\nComply with all food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.\nAs Bartender, we expect from you:\nGood knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar techniques.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nProfessional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.\nAbility to work under pressure and multitask during busy periods.\n1-2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar F&B service role.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
