You will be an ambassador of the restaurant’s standards and culture, anticipating guest needs and contributing to a warm, professional atmosphere.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe ideal candidate must possess strong gastronomic knowledge, advanced culinary techniques, and a deep understanding of products and raw materials. They should demonstrate refined culinary judgment, analytical skills, and great attention to detail. The role requires applying these competencies in a high-demand, fast-evolving environment.\nServe food and beverages following MOHG standards and plating/service protocols; ensure correct presentation and timing.\nSupport event and banqueting operations: prepare, set and dismantle rooms; assist service teams during events.\nPerform tableside service tasks (carving, flambéing, deboning, etc.) with confidence and exceptional attention to detail.\nMaintain service stations, control stock of cutlery, glassware and linen, and ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.\nAdhere to hygiene (HACCP), Safe & Sound and FLHSSE standards; report incidents or maintenance needs promptly.\nCommunicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest satisfaction.\nWhat We Expect From You\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent knowledge of luxury hotel F&B operations and guest service standards.\nHighly responsible, reliable and detail-oriented.\nAbility to remain calm, courteous and solution-focused under pressure.\nA collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with multicultural teams.\nMinimum of 1 year experience in Michelin restaurants\nFluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.\nOur Commitment To You\nLearning & Development.
