The strategies must be in consonance with the overall positioning and direction of the hotel and brand.3\nPrepare annual goal and budget, in co-operation with Director of Marketing and Communications; develop working plans to carry out goals; compares actual achievements against goals periodically; take necessary corrective action. \nResponsible for and accountable for the social media and e-marketing operating budget.\nTogether with the Director of Marketing and Communications plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via internet, social media and e-DM Blitz.\nAs a Digital Marketing Manager, we expect from you:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, online communications, or related marketing function in a 5 Star Luxury Hotel is preferred. \nProven experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.\nExperience working with influencers, media partners, digital agencies, and third-party online platforms. \nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
