This role provides hands-on exposure to hotel finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost control, and financial analysis. The Finance Intern reports to Finance Manager and works closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with MOHG’s standards.\nAs Finance Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nFinance OperationsFinance Operations\nAssist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.\nSupport accounts receivable functions, including billing and collections.\nHelp maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.\nAssist in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.\nReporting & Analysis\nSupport the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.\nAssist in compiling data for budget tracking and variance analysis.\nHelp monitor departmental expenses and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.\nContribute to internal audits and compliance checks.\nCoordination & Support\nCollaborate with operational departments (F&B, Rooms, Spa) to ensure accurate financial reporting.\nLiaise with suppliers and external partners regarding billing and payment matters.\nProvide administrative support for finance-related documentation and filing.\nAdministrative Duties\nAssist in maintaining budget trackers and financial databases.\nSupport the preparation of purchase requests and payment authorizations.\nPerform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the department head.\nAs Finance Intern, we expect from you:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\nStrong interest in finance and accounting within the hospitality industry.\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and financial software is an advantage.\nGood command of English.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numbers accurately.\nAbility to work collaboratively across departments and maintain confidentiality.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
