This role plays a key part in creating memorable first impressions, assisting with guest requests, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The intern reports to the Front Office Manager and works closely with the Reception, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.\nAs Front Office Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nGuest Service Support\nAssist in welcoming guests and providing check-in/check-out support.\nHelp handle guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate services.\nSupport concierge services including transportation arrangements and local recommendations.\nOperations & Administration\nRecord and update guest information in the property management system.\nAssist in preparing daily reports and handovers for Front Office staff.\nSupport scheduling and documentation for Front Office trainees.\nCommunication & Coordination\nLiaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.\nAssist in preparing guest amenities and special arrangements.\nSupport communication flow between Front Office and Housekeeping for room readiness.\nEvent & Special Projects\nAssist in preparing logistics for VIP arrivals, group check-ins, or special events.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform other tasks as required to support the Front Office department.\nWhat We Expect from You\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.\nStrong interest in guest service and hotel operations.\nGood command of English and strong interpersonal skills.\nProfessional, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
