The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai are set to open by 2027.\nAbout the job\nBased at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Front Office Department in Dubai, the Front Office Manager will provide supervision, direction, and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel. Assist the Department Heads in all areas to ensure smooth, efficient operations.\nAs a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nSupervise and assist Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Managers, Supervisors and Front Office Agents with their duties.\nOversee the Telecommunications Department (duties and operations) as well as Business Centre operations.\nEnsure and perfect a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience.\nMaintain a Front Office information folder with up-to-date information on rates, promotional programs, special benefit cards, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group details, etc.\nEnsure customer satisfaction in accordance with the applicable MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs).\nMonitor daily and ensure Fans of MO sign-ups targets are exceeded and follow up with up the team regarding progress.\nAs a Front Office Manager, we expect from you:\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality/Hotel/Business Management is an advantage.\nMinimum 3 years ‘experience working in a luxury hotel environment. Middle East experience is an advantage.\nClear communication: effective verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
