Some of the luxury treatments on offer include the signature Oriental Essence, Thai, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Mandarin Oriental facial therapies.\nAbout the job\nBased at the Mandarin Oriental Sanya within the Front Office Department in Sanya the Guest Service Supervisor is under the general direction of the Front Desk Manager. Its responsibilities are to maintaining operational efficiency in Front Desk operation and encourage supportive functional assistance to all departments. Also to promote desired work culture in Front Desk area to achieve superior service production.\nAs Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nRegister the guest, assign rooms and room keys accordingly to established check-in procedures\nBilling and check out will be efficiently and accurately handled accordingly to standard procedure\nEnsures all data are entered accurately and completely into the hotel systems\nMaintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received\nCashes hotel guest’s personal and assists with currency exchange\nSell the hotel and Mandarin Oriental products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.\nAttends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referee’s problems to Duty Manager if he/she unable to assist\nReview arrival information on daily basis; VIP, Repeat guests, Groups, special requests etc.\nKeep abreast of all modifications to accounting policies and procedures\nAs Guest Service Supervisor, we expect from you:\nStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent Hotel product knowledge.\nHighly responsible & reliable.\nWorks well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work cohesively as part of a team.\nAbility to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.\n English language skills\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
