The IT Assistant reports to the IT Manager.\nAs IT Assistant , you will be responsible for the following duties:\nInstalling and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications\nMonitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation\nTroubleshooting workstations problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults\nProviding support, including procedural documentation\nSupporting the roll-out of new applications\nResponding within reasonable time to all support calls\nPrioritizing and managing many open cases at one time\nProvide full range of network support and administration services including hardware and software, LAN/WAN infrastructure, IP Telephony, systems and applications\nMaintain an updated log of all issues\nLiaise with local vendors and suppliers as required to meet the requirements and requests of our operations and guests\nCommunicate all important information to management and colleagues\nOther activities as deemed appropriate by the IT Manager and Cluster Director of IT.\nAs IT Assistant , we expect from you:\nDiploma holder of relevant disciplines or above\nMinimum 2 years’ experience of the same capacity in international 5-star luxury hotels.\nWell organized and structured\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, open mind of different culture, friendly, approachable and sociable\nMotivational with enthusiastic character with excellent listening skills\nGood command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
