The Junior Sous Chef Bakery reports to the Executive Pastry Chef.\nAs Junior Sous Chef Bakery, you will be responsible for the following duties:\n1. Daily Operational\nAssist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in kitchen operations\nSupervise and coordinate tasks of kitchen staff\nPrepare and cook dishes to high standards\nMaintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety\nAssist in menu planning, inventory management, and ordering\nSupport senior chefs in food preparation, presentation, and plating\nDevelop skills and knowledge in kitchen management and leadership\n2. Productivity\nOrganize food production in a cost effective and hygienic manner\nIdentify opportunities for reducing costs without affecting the level of service or product received by our guests\nIdentify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the operation of the assigned workstation that will benefit our guests\n3. Safe and Sound (HACCP)\nTo ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety and Security company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out.
