This role ensures that food preparation, hygiene, and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. The intern reports to the Executive Chef and works closely with the Kitchen team.\nAs Kitchen Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nFood Preparation Support\nAssist chefs in preparing ingredients and basic dishes.\nSupport plating and presentation to ensure consistency with MO standards.\nHelp maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen workstations.\nAssist in preparing menus and logistics for outlets, banquets, VIP events, and or special functions.\nOperations & Hygiene\nEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.\nAssist in monitoring kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance needs.\nSupport daily kitchen operations including mise-en place and stock rotation.\nAdministration\nRecord and update kitchen production sheets and checklists.\nAssist in maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies.\nEvent & Special Projects\nAssist in preparing menus and logistics for banquets, VIP events, or special functions.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform other tasks as required to support the culinary department.\nWhat We Expect from You\nCurrently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.\nStrong interest in culinary operations and guest dining experiences.\nGood command of English and strong organizational skills.\nPassionate, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
