The role plays a key part in delivering marketing strategies, creative projects, communications, and activations efficiently and consistently, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with the property’s brand standards, marketing priorities, and commercial goals. The Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Manager.\nAs a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:\nSupport the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan and ensure campaigns, communications, and initiatives are managed effectively from planning through execution, including tracking progress and outcomes\nCoordinate closely with revenue-generating departments to understand business and marketing objectives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery\nOversee and coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives\nManage micro-projects and small-scale activations from brainstorming through execution, ensuring creative consistency and operational efficiency\nPrepare clear and structured creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables, and support the Creative Lead throughout the creative development process\nOversee in-house communication collaterals, ensuring internal messaging is clear, timely, and brand-aligned\nSupport the management of external communities, partnerships, and stakeholder communications to strengthen brand presence and engagement\nMonitor, identify, and analyse competitor activities and market performance to support strategic decision-making\nCoordinate and assist in managing all on- and off-property activations and promotions, including F&B events, chef appearances, spa promotions, and brand initiatives\nCollaborate with the social media and eCommerce Manager to develop and maintain an engaging social media content calendar that supports the hotel’s strategic goals\nSupport the development and coordination of advertising and promotional materials in line with brand standards\nEnsure all marketing materials, including media kits and collaterals, are current, accurate, brand-compliant, and error-free\nContribute ideas and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and support innovative business solutions\nUphold hotel policies, procedures, brand guidelines, industry regulations, departmental goals, and overall business strategy\nCommunicate product and service updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment\nMaintain a strong understanding of on-property offerings, ongoing initiatives, and market trends\nPossess in-depth knowledge of hotel services, features, and local attractions to support accurate and timely responses when required\nAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly marketing reports, including performance tracking and insights\nManage inventory, ordering, and upkeep of marketing collaterals, media kits, and corporate gifts\nAs a Marketing Executive, we expect from you:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role within a luxury hospitality group; experience in a luxury resort environment is an advantage.\nStrong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management, and promotional activities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.\nStrong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.\nCreative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
