From this kitchen, you work together with Taiko, Ottolenghi, Lounge, In Room Dining and Banqueting.\nUnder the supervision of our Executive Pastry Chef, you have the freedom to experiment and try out new flavours and combinations of products, to raise the bar of our offerings.\nAs Pastry Chef de Partie we expect from you:\nRecent/current experience in the same position to that of Pastry Chef de Partie for at least two years;\nExperience through either education or experience in (hotel) pastry kitchens;\nA passionate and quality-driven approach to cooking;\nTeamwork, being able to work closely with other culinary teams;\nGood knowledge of English language (written and spoken);\nFamiliar with hygiene code and HACCP regulations;\nAbility to work evenings and weekend shifts.\nOur commitment to you:\nA salary in scale VI of the Horeca CAO;\nExcellent career progression with an iconic, luxury, global hotel brand.
