They maintain a clean workstation, follow recipes, help manage inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met.\nAs Pastry Help Cook , you will be responsible for the following duties:\nIngredient Preparation: Measure, mix and prepare ingredients for baking. \nBaking and Cooking: Assist in baking pastries, cakes and other desserts. \nDecoration: Decorate cakes and pastries according to specifications. \nCleaning and Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and organized and maintain baking equipment. \nInventory Management: Check stock levels and assist in ordering supplies. \nFollowing Recipes: Accurately follow recipes and instructions from the pastry chef. \nAs Pastry Help Cook, we expect from you:\nExperience and education\nHigh school culinary diploma or equivalent \nTechnical Skills\nBasic knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling. \nAbility to execute and maintain consistency in the daily menu, ensuring all dishes meet high-quality standards. \nSolid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment. \nExperience managing inventory, controlling stock levels, and minimizing food waste. \nCapability to monitor the quality of food production and ensure all dishes are prepared according to set standards. \nExcellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines during peak service hours. \nStrong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments. \nOur commitment to you\nLearning & Development.
